GIS Analysis

A GIS is a computer system capable of capturing, storing, analyzing, and displaying geographically referenced information; that is, data identified according to location.

GIS is a tool that allows users to  analyse the spatial information, edit data, and present the results of all these operations. Once spatial data is collected and transformed into map products, clients can turn that spatial data into knowledge; knowledge that helps them better manage the earth's resources, plan for the future, and make business decisions that maximize profitability and efficiency

GPS Survey

The Global Positioning System (GPS) is the second-generation military satellite system that has been conceived and deployed by the US Department of Defenses (DoD).

GeoInfo uses high accuracy, sub-metre GPS to carry out GPS Surveys. With post correction of the GPS data a horizontal accuracy of less than 0.5 meters can be obtained.

GeoInfo's in house’ combination of aerial mapping and ground surveying provides the tools for all Topographical Surveys. The method used can be tailored to match the size of the project and the accuracy requirements.

Digital Mapping

Our maps can be delivered on Disc, Handheld PDAs, Desktop PCs,  or the World Wide Web and offer our clients significant advantages in terms of improved access to valuable spatial information.
